#2. Add fresh fruit and vegetable

Eating Vegetables and fresh fruits is always considered the best way of eating healthily. #3. Exercise/walk

Consistent exercise or regular workout can make your body active, and balance all hormones, biles, and the lymphatic system it control. Better sweat every day, and have a healthy weight. Make your body strong and slow down the aging process as well. Walking or any other cardiovascular exercise will not only help you to be physically fit, but it's also good for your mental health. It is scientifically proven that people who walk 10,000 steps a day are more mentally fit, it induces good sleep in them, and they take less stress as well. Taking less stress and good sleep is very much important for slowing down aging.

#4. Meditation/yoga

Physical health is always considered a prior, nobody takes mental health seriously, now it's time to work on your mental health as well, add meditation, mindfulness, and yoga to your morning regime it will surely increase your mental health, and physical health works complimentary. So mediation is good for mental health so much, as it will give you clarity, and sitting in a noise-free environment for at least 10 mins helps you to be focused throughout the day. And make your day productive. Once you are focused on whatever you are doing, it will automatically help you to live a healthy and peaceful life that again helps you to live longer and peacefully.

#5. Take Less stress

Stress and tension is the real problem of people nowadays, life is too fast, and people are more in a fast mindset up, which made their minds and body not only stressed but also complicated, better to take less stress and s live in the present.

Taking less tension can make you more youthful and you will age slowly.

Chronic stress is not only bad for your mental health, it also affects your vital organs, and gut health as well. People who take stress are more prone to hair fall, bad skin, bad digestive system.

So if you want to live longer and don't want to age faster its good to live stress-free without any hustle.


#6. Wear sunscreen

Wearing sunscreen can make your skin look good and youthful. We all know UV rays of the sun are harmful to the skin, and yes they induce the aging process, better go out to wear sunscreen and then go outside. I always recommend wearing sunscreen whether it's outdoors or indoors. Sun rays will make your skin look aged, with the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles on it. It will make your skin flaky, and dry. Sunscreen protects your skin from sun rays and gives you younger-looking skin if you use it consistently in the long run.

#7. Avoid trans fat / Processed food

Avoiding trans fat, and added preservative-packed food make your edibles less nutrient but also harmful. Better avoid eating preservatives or any kind of artificial form products, and stay close to nature and its products. Stay close to nature and its products will make you age gradually.

Trans fat is not good for the heart, increasing the risk of heart attack or any other heart ailments. As it will rises the level of LDL(low-density lipoprotein) and Decrease the level of HDL(high-density lipoprotein) which leads to an increase in blood pressure.

It's always suggested to eat organic and wholesome food rather than packed and Trans-fat food.

#8. Add supplements

Even having a balanced diet we missed out, on certain vitamins or minerals in our diet, so to fulfill it better to add dietary supplements to your diet.

  6. Magnesium

  7. Copper
