For the last 20 years, I am trying to find what we call a perfect nighttime regime, here I come up with a regime I am up to. Yes, it's perfect for a productive and elevated routine.

Some people says, sleeping early make you feel better or having light dinner will make your next day better, But how many of your thought of having all it together and see the cumulative result of following all of that together. Whether having bad data at office, it should ever affects you night life, as at night is the time when you relax, its time for self-care, its time to spend with your loved ones and yes its time to plan for next day.

#1. 7:pm last meal of the day

Wrapping up your all work before 7 pm is the best way to optimize your whole day. Whether it's professional or any business work. Now it's time you can give it to your loved ones and yourself.
